Smart home guide: How to use the new Scheduled actions feature in Google Assistant

After a long wait, Google has finally added the scheduling capability to Google Assistant called Scheduled Actions. The feature allows users to schedule a smart home device like lights, AC, etc by specifying the exact time and duration. The only limitation is that the feature is only available for a week of scheduling.
