Apple sold almost half of global smartwatches in Q3 2020, claims report

Apple seems to be on a roll when it comes to the Apple Watch. First a report by IDC suggested that Apple has sold a record high number of units in the third quarter of 2020 and now a report by research agency Counterpoint has said that the Cupertino-based tech giant has gained a stronger position by accounting for “nearly half of global smartwatch shipments” in the third quarter of 2020.
